VP of Product
Drive the product vision, roadmap, and execution that will shape the future of Petsflip’s global virtual pet ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute Petsflip’s long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Lead the product team across discovery, development, launch, and optimization phases.
- Analyze user behavior, market trends, and competition to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and marketing teams to deliver world-class features.
- Drive experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven decision making.
- Ensure alignment between product initiatives and business goals.
- Mentor product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams for strong execution.
- Oversee the development of new game mechanics, monetization systems, and player experiences.
- Improve retention, engagement, and user satisfaction across the Petsflip platform.
Requirements:
- 8–12+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of scaling digital products—preferably in gaming, fintech, or consumer apps.
- Strong understanding of UX, user psychology, mobile/web behaviors, and product analytics.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and shipping high-impact features.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to balance user experience, technical feasibility, and business objectives.
- Hands-on experience with product tools like JIRA, Figma, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
Preferred Skills (Bonus):
- Experience in gaming, virtual economies, or reward-based platforms.
- Strong understanding of monetization models, in-app purchases, or game loops.
- Background in an early-stage startup or fast-scaling product environment.
- Data analytics skills (SQL, dashboards, experimentation frameworks).
