Support Specialist
Provide exceptional support to Petsflip players and ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience across the platform.
Responsibilities:
- Assist users with account issues, gameplay questions, and technical problems.
- Respond to support tickets, emails, and in-app inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Troubleshoot common user issues and escalate complex problems to the technical team.
- Maintain detailed records of support interactions and resolutions.
- Identify recurring problems and suggest improvements to product and support workflows.
- Create help articles, FAQs, and guides to reduce user friction and support volume.
- Monitor user feedback and report insights to the product and development teams.
- Ensure users feel heard, respected, and satisfied at every touchpoint.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in customer support, technical support, or helpdesk roles.
- Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and patience when dealing with users.
- Basic understanding of gaming platforms, digital apps, or web/mobile systems.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple support tickets efficiently.
- Comfortable using ticketing tools, CRM systems, or support platforms.
- Positive attitude, empathy, and a customer-first mindset.
Preferred Skills (Bonus):
- Experience supporting gaming apps or online communities.
- Knowledge of basic debugging or technical troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with social media support, Discord, or community tools.
- Ability to create tutorial videos, help docs, or visual guides.
