Frontend Developer

Create fast, interactive, and visually appealing user experiences for millions of Petsflip players worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Build responsive, visually appealing web pages and UI components for Petsflip.
• Develop high-performance front-end code using React, Vue, or vanilla JavaScript.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and real-time game features.
• Optimize website performance, loading speed, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Convert UI/UX designs into clean and reusable frontend code.
• Debug issues, fix bugs, and improve overall user experience.
• Implement animations, micro-interactions, and polished front-end behaviors.
• Ensure mobile-first, responsive layouts for all Petsflip interfaces.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Frontend Developer or similar role.
• Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with React, Vue.js, or Angular (React preferred for Petsflip).
• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and async operations.
• Knowledge of responsive design, browser performance, and optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with Git, version control, and UI component libraries.
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles and design tools (Figma, XD, or Sketch).

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

• Experience in game interfaces, animations, or canvas-based interactions.
• Knowledge of WebSockets or real-time communication.
• Understanding of SEO, Core Web Vitals, and Lighthouse performance scoring.
• Familiar with mobile app UI frameworks (React Native is a plus).
