• Collaborate with CEO/CTO/CFO to align operations with strategy.

Requirements:

• 8+ years in operations leadership.
• Experience in online platforms, SaaS, or gaming industry.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage global, remote-first teams.
